from New York and New Jersey:

Take 87 N (New York Thruway) to Exit 21 (Catskill). Turn left.
Continue 1/2 mile to Rt. 23. Turn right onto 23W. Continue   
9 miles to Rt. 32N: turn right. Continue to Freehold. Make   
your 1st left and then 1st right onto Red Mill Road. Continue 
2 miles to Grace Manor.                                                            

from Albany and Massachusetts:

Take 87S (New York Thruway) to Exit 21B (Coxsackie). Make
left on Rt. 9W. Go 1 mile to Rt. 81: turn right. Continue 13 miles
to Greenville.   After  traffic light  in town,  make 1st  left  on
